The Kabooms son una banda afincada en Barcelona y fundada en el año 2014 con integrantes de varias bandas reconocidas en el ámbito del rock and roll 50'S, Matt Olivera a la voz (Matt and The Peabody Ducks) El Lega a la guitarra (Legacaster, Locos del Oeste) Xavi Carajillo al bajo (Los Torontos, Los Locos del Oeste) Jesús López a la batería (Pike Cavalero, The Ragtones) forman este combo de sonido surf rock y rock and roll late 50’s que han paseado su directo salvaje y lleno de energía por festivales y escenarios de todo el mundo tales como: Viva Las Vegas, Fuss and Holler (USA), The Rockabilly Rave y Hemsby (UK) Let's Get Wild, Get Rhythm Go Wild (Alemania) High Rockabilly y Rockin Race Jamboree (España) y un largo etcétera.
Su último larga duración “Right Track, Wrong Way” se edita bajo el tutelaje de Kathrina-Sleazy Records y promete otra descarga de pura energía, diversión y calidad como la banda nos tiene acostumbrados, el combo da un paso más allá para encontrarse con los gustos de un público más amplio y ecléctico, pero igualmente exigente.
